Small Family Business
My name is Kirstie and I am the proud owner of the Feel Good Smoothie Bar and Café. It has always been a dream of mine to own a place like this, where people with food restrictions could be free to eat anything. In November of 2019 that dream became reality. We love healthy food, and living a plant based lifestyle we have always had a hard time going out to eat. We want to bring that accessibility to others. And just provide great smoothies, smoothie bowls, and food to everyone, vegan or not!

We love Oneonta! I grew up in Delaware county and chose Oneonta to start a family because it is a great place to live. Plus the local business scene is amazing. So many talented, unique, hard working, friendly people. We are so grateful to be a part of it all!
